フィリピンのCENTURY PACIFIC AGRICULTURAL VENTURES, INC.様からのご依頼を受け、先日フィリピンのジェネラルサントスまで搾汁テストに行ってきました。
既にお使いのスクリュープレス脱水機で50%は搾汁できているのですが、今回はそれ以上搾汁したいとのこと。
ココナッツの商品の都合上、粉砕を細かくする事ができない中で我々のスクリュープレス脱水機は50%以上の結果を出す事ができました。
あとはこのテストの設定を実機に落とし込んだ時に安定的に同じ能力が出るようにすることを検討、テストする必要があると考えています。
しかしながら、日本で大量のココナッツをどうやったら入手できるのかわからず困っています

We went to CENTURY PACIFIC AGRICULTURAL VENTURES, INC. in General Santos Philippine for extraction of coconut milk.
They have already could been extracted approximately 50% coconut milk by screw press and they would have like to extracted over 50% of it in this time.
We couldn’t make more small piece of coconut by crusher because it effect to main merchandise but we could get result that extraction is 50%over.
So next step is we have to thinking of getting steady result of it by DM60 and we have to trying the same running by real DM60.But we are struggling that we have no idea how to get a tons of coconuts in Japan.
